Oaxaca, in southern Mexico, grows small volumes of delicate, complex coffee at about 1,000 to 2,000 metres, mostly on smallholder and Indigenous community farms. It is home to Pluma Hidalgo, birthplace of the Pluma variety, and is a source of some of Mexico's most distinctive microlots.

Floral, honeyed and stone fruit, with refined acidity and a silky body.
