We import Mexican specialty coffee green and roast it here in Canada, in small batches, so it reaches you fresh. Each 340 g bag shows the region, process, roast level and tasting notes, plus the roast date.

Mexican coffees are known for their sweetness and balance: chocolate, caramel, nuts and gentle fruit, easy to love black or with milk. Our Chiapas coffee is Certified Organic by Mayacert, and our decaf is made with water only, no chemicals.
