Our decaf is Mexican coffee decaffeinated with a water process, which uses only water to remove caffeine. No methylene chloride or other chemical solvents are involved, so the coffee keeps its natural sweetness and body. A clean decaf for roasters who want to offer a full-flavour, chemical-free option.
